Heather Francine is a principal of The Resha Group at Sperry Commercial, where she leads client development, operations, and the team's leasing practice. With more than 20 years in commercial real estate — and a real estate career that began more than 30 years ago — she specializes in retail leasing throughout Orange County and parts of Los Angeles and Riverside Counties.

 Heather runs The Resha Group's leasing assignments and leads the team's leasing associates. Her approach is simple: help owners fix what is holding their property back. Filling vacancies, improving tenant mix, and strengthening the rent roll make a property more valuable today — and build the trust that makes The Resha Group the natural advisor when an owner is ready to refinance, exchange, or sell.

 In 2004, Heather and Jim Resha launched Integrity Real Estate and Investment Group, Inc., the foundation of what is now The Resha Group. There, Heather focused on strengthening client relationships and expanding industry networks for its Integrity Commercial Brokerage division. Since 2004, The Resha Group has closed 891 transactions totaling more than $925 million.

 Heather is an active member of ICSC with a deep passion for the retail sector. From 2010 to 2012, she and her business partner were retained by the City of Yorba Linda to lead economic development and marketing efforts to attract, retain, and expand local businesses, with an emphasis on retail. She is President-Elect of CREW Orange County (Commercial Real Estate Women), chairs its annual Summer Soirée, and is a member of the Greater Southern California CCIM Chapter pursuing her CCIM designation.

 Community

A lifelong Orange County resident, Heather has been active with the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary, 44 Women for Orangewood Foundation, and Richfield Community Church, along with many school volunteer roles. She served five years as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Placentia. Heather lives in Orange with her husband and is a proud mother of two adult children — one serving in the United States Navy and the other an elementary school teacher.
