The ownership entity was extremely fractured with differing opinions as to how to best dispose of the asset along with high demands and expectations of the selling team.

We created an outstanding comprehensive marketing effort that supported the existing value of the trophy property and also highlighted the potential opportunities that could come with a more collaborative ownership.

We generated over 300 NDA’s from interested parties that subsequently resulted in multiple offers and a successful 21 day close with a sale price that has one of the highest price per square foot sale comps in the market. A successful close and we maintained the property management of the asset as well.
